Week 9 - Homework for November 3, 2011


Homework:
Writing:
1. Write 1st body paragraph of report. (think of the process: read the encyclopedia, jot down (aka: brainstorm) possible topics, choose your first topic, read your book's index/table of contents for material on your chosen topic, read the material and take notes/outline---like we did in class, write your paragraph.)

2. literature - read the rest of 8 cousins & finish character files.

3. no vocab or fixits.

4. get RL Stevenson's book: Kidnapped. We will begin reading it next week.


NOTE: Make sure that you notate on all your papers the class date, NOT the date you begin or complete the assignment. This ensures that I record your assignment grades in the correct place.
